The beauty of eastern coast of Taiwan

I've been doing a research about the highway project in Taiwan that has been meant to be built over the past 2 decades. The tremendous amount of environmental, economic, as well as societal costs have caught people's attention all over the island. As time goes by, the enthusiasm and planned prosperity that had been added onto the project by the central government seems to has faded much away. However, different groups of stakeholders speak to their own interests. With a variety of voices and opinions, the government is still trying hard to push it into reality.
